The Missoula Montana Airport (MSO) is excited to introduce "Explore MSO" a new pass program that allows non-ticketed visitors the ability to surprise arriving travelers at the gate, spend extra time with loved ones before they depart, enjoy dining, shopping and exclusive pop-up events!
No events currently scheduled. Please check back soon!
Requests must be submitted by no later than 8p.m. the day before the requested visit date. Requests received after 8p.m. or on the day of the requested visit will not be processed. If you cannot select a date or start time on the online form, that means the visitor slots have reached capacity for that particular day.
All participants, including visitors aged 18 and under (who must be accompanied by an adult), must complete the registration process using their passport or state-issued ID.
Provide your date of birth, gender, and full legal name exactly as it appears on your TSA-approved photo ID (e.g., passport or driver’s license).
During registration, it's imperative to enter accurate details—name, birthdate, and gender—matching the identification to be presented during check-in.
Your request will be reviewed by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA). You will receive and email with your approval status after midnight on the day of your visit.
If approved for entry, you’ll receive your Explore MSO Pass attached to your approval notification e-mail. When entering the TSA Checkpoint, make sure to open the Explore MSO Pass attachment to provide to the TSA, along with your TSA-approved photo ID. Make sure to advise the TSA Officer that you have an Explore MSO Pass when presenting your photo ID.
