Missoula Montana Airport

Accessibility

Prior to Travel

We encourage all travelers to reach out to your airline, prior to arriving at the airport with any special service requests such as wheelchair availability and portable oxygen concentrator use requirements. Making arrangements before arriving at the airport will help ensure a smooth travel experience both at the airport and onboard. Please refer to the sites at the bottom of the page for answers to airline specific special service questions.

At the Airport

Service Animals

Located in the A Concourse, next to Gate 1, the Service Animal Relief Area (SARA) is a private room with self-draining turf for the use of service animals and pets traveling with their owners.

Please note that dogs and cats are not allowed to walk around the terminal freely. Emotional support or service animals are the only exception.

Service Animals can also be relieved prior to checking in in the grassy area to the Northwest of the Terminal.  For your convenience, there are plastic bag dispensers in this area.  Please clean up after your animal!

Special Assistance

To help familiarize and guide individuals through the facility, the Missoula Montana Airport team has compiled a series of narrated walkthroughs and virtual tours. During peak travel periods, the airport offers additional assistance through our Airport Ambassador Program, designed to help and assist your travel through our facility. Please reach out to our Administrative Staff at 406-728-4381 to coordinate with one our team members.
