The Missoula County Airport Authority Board members are scheduled to meet the last Tuesday of every month (unless otherwise listed) to discuss matters regarding its mission to effectively manage and operate Missoula International Airport and address the region's long-term aviation and air transportation needs.

All regularly scheduled meetings are held in the Airport Authority Conference Room at 1:30pm Mountain Time. The Conference Room is located on the main floor of the Missoula International Airport passenger terminal.
